As of now the character limit for a player is 5, this can be assorted however the player wishes. However the limit on digimon partner's alongside a human character is 2 and i would like reason to be written in the bio why the character has 2 digimon. If you want more than that then feel free to pm/im daybreaker and plead your case.
You may also write up bios for characters who are not constricted by the whole Digidestined/Digimon partner setup you may want to discuss it with daybreaker before/after you do though so he can give you an idea of where you can fit them in.
